You are a Creator
Every session with my clients is founded on the premises that we are all creators. We can create anything we want. We can choose to let go of old habits that no longer serve us. We can take conscious steps in creating new experiences. Letting go is one of the most difficult tasks we are faced with. Many times we prefer the familiar, the known, even if it is sometimes painful. However, we all have within the creative Divine source. We are builders of destiny, and we can change our realities if we choose to.
In our sessions we work together to support the process of letting go, releasing old patterns that cause confusion, pain, suffering, and powerlessness. We work together as a team addressing and releasing resistance levels, whether conscious or unconscious. We bring the power of forgiveness, detachment and love to every situation so that we can make the changes in health, attitudes and behaviors needed to build new realities.
Regardless of where you are in your journey, and how the pain and suffering is manifesting, I work with you to address what is behind the condition and create the needed healing to you and the situation. Allow yourself to be free of the chains that bind you, allow yourself to be free to create that which you desire. Always remember You are a Creator.
Abundance Haven Manifestations of Abundance
Attention all Fathers!!!. The Heart Helix is offering healing sessions at discounts for dads only.
Would like to give your dad and/or yourself a gift of healing? I’m offering a Father’s Day discount on half hour and hourly sessions. Half hour sessions will be $50.00 starting Father’s Day through July 20, 2010. Hourly sessions will be $75.00 during the same time period.
ABUNDANCE DAY:
Abundance Day returns to Croton on Hudson, NY. Experience the work of two healers in one hour at a fee of $80.00. Spend half hour with each healer, and choose on one issue or two separate issues. If you bring a friend the fee is $75.00 each.

Health Conditions:
Every health challenge has the elements of spirit, mind, emotions, manifesting physically. In our sessions we focus on these dynamics and how they interplay in the manifestation of the energetic-physical imbalance. We activate the healing tools needed to support the health transitions. The energy body can provide key information not only on the dynamics that are interplaying to cause the energetic-physical imbalance but it also provides solutions as to how to work with these imbalances. The body is your best physician and provides the roadmap for us to follow in order to heal.
It is always your conscious creative choice to act upon the suggestions and guidance of the spirit and the body. Sessions usually address: emotional release, anxiety/depression, letting go, cancer, grief, fears and other physical conditions.
Events:
15-Minute Re-alignment Sessions:
Feeling stuck, spinning and getting nowhere? Either by phone or in person, these sessions are designed to quickly identify and clear the blockages, re-balance the energy field to get you back on the path and re-aligned with the Divine within. There are times that we steer off the path and experience difficulties in getting back on it. Stop spinning and realign with your power instead. Fee: $20.00 per session.
Half Hour Sessions:
Can your body keep up with the shifts? Do you prefer more frequent sessions of half hour each? Whether by phone or in person, these half hour sessions are intended to continue maintaining your body as it keeps up with the more rapid shifts that we are all experiencing as a result of our shift in consciousness as well as the Earth’s present and future shifts. Fee: $65.00 per session.
R-evolution Packages:
With a specific intention in mind, these three-sessions packages of one hour each, are designed to focus on a specific issue that is deeply engrained. A deeply engrained issue leads to repetitive patterns of self-destructive or self-sabotaging behavior. These sessions are designed to break free of these patterns and re-write your history, present and future. Fee for a R-evolution package: $275.00.
